This Shipping, Warranty, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Kuvo AI, Inc. ("Kuvo", "we", "our", or "us") and is subject to our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing or using Kuvo products and services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
We ship all in-stock orders within 2–3 business days of purchase confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

Domestic (USA/Mexico): 3–7 business days

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days

International: 7–14 business days (timing may vary based on destination and customs)
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, including holiday estimates.
International Orders:
When supported, Kuvo may cover international shipping costs. However, customs duties, VAT, and any other local import taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering Kuvo.
Preorders (Devices & Bundles):

All Kuvo preorders (including bundles with subscriptions) are fully refundable at any time before your unit ships.

To request a preorder refund, email support@mykuvo.com with your order number. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delivered Orders (Devices):

We offer refunds or store credit for unopened Kuvo speakers purchased directly from our official channels and returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the product:

Is sealed and unused, free of physical damage not caused by manufacturing defects

Is returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation

Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Defective or damaged units are eligible for replacement or refund even if opened. Please provide photo/video evidence when submitting your request.
If your unit was gifted or purchased via a third-party retailer, please refer to the seller’s return policy.
Subscriptions:

For subscriptions purchased as part of a preorder bundle: the same preorder refund policy applies (fully refundable any time before shipping).

For standalone subscriptions (not tied to a preorder): refunds may be requested within 5 days of purchase. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Return or Refund:

Email support@mykuvo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence if the product is defective.

Once approved, Kuvo may provide a prepaid shipping label. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of label issuance.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or offered as store credit.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kuvo AI, Inc. proudly offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for any Kuvo speaker purchased directly or through an authorized seller, provided the customer maintains an active annual premium subscription (Blue or Black Plan) at the time of the warranty claim.
If a Kuvo speaker was purchased without an annual premium subscription, or if the subscription is inactive at the time of the claim, the warranty coverage is limited to one (1) year from the original delivery date, with battery coverage extending for three (3) years from delivery.
What’s Covered

Kuvo Device:

Lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (active annual Blue or Black subscribers at time of claim).

One-year warranty for non-subscribers or inactive subscriptions.

Battery:
-
Lifetime coverage for active annual Blue or Black subscribers.

Three-year coverage for non-subscribers or inactive subscriptions.

If an issue arises, Kuvo may:

Repair the product with new or certified refurbished parts

Replace the product with an equivalent model

Provide store credit or refund (if within the first 30 days)
What’s Not Covered
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs)

Battery wear after the applicable coverage period
-
Damage from misuse, accidents, liquids, fire, or power surges

Use outside Kuvo’s published safety and user guidelines

Unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party accessories
How to File a Warranty Claim
Send an email to support@mykuvo.com including:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos or video showing the defect (if applicable)

Date of purchase or proof of receipt
Our team will guide you through troubleshooting, and if needed, issue a prepaid label for return.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kuvo’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Kuvo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, emotional harm, or replacement of third-party equipment).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages or implied warranties, so this may not apply to all customers.
