We do not record, store, or transmit continuous audio or video from the Kuvo device.

Kuvo is designed to be used by children but controlled and configured by adults. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child data protection laws.

We do not collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
Children cannot access network features (e.g., subscription management, dashboards) independently.
Kuvo only listens when activated by a physical or voice trigger and only processes a brief window of input.
No advertising, tracking, or data profiling is done on children’s usage.

Parental Controls:
Parents can view usage data, adjust content filters, and delete any stored profile or learning data via the Kuvo app.

If we become aware of data collected without proper consent, we will delete it promptly.
