Kuvo Is in Safety-First Beta

Tested carefully.
Built with purpose.
Designed for learning.
With child safety in mind.

Kuvo is currently in private beta testing with a small group of families, educators, and child-development professionals.

Safety Before Scale

When technology is designed for children, safety matters more than speed. Before scaling, we’re rigorously testing how Kuvo behaves in real homes, real conversations, and real edge cases, especially around sensitive topics, emotional boundaries, and age-appropriate responses.

Why Beta Matters for Kids

Voice AI feels natural, and that’s exactly why it must be handled with care.

During beta, we are actively testing and refining:

  • Age-appropriate responses:
Ensuring explanations, stories, and interactions stay aligned with a child’s developmental stage.

  • Sensitive-topic handling:
Inappropriate, emotional, or adult topics are safely redirected back to parents.

  • Parental control flows:
Making sure parents stay in control of topics, timing, and boundaries at all times.

  • Privacy & data minimization:
Stress-testing our privacy-first architecture before broader release.

  • Conversational tone:
Avoiding anthropomorphism, emotional dependence, or “AI friend” dynamics.

Our Philosophy

We don’t believe children need AI "friends".

They need tools that support curiosity — without replacing parents, teachers, or imagination.

That’s why Kuvo is:

  • Screen-free

  • Camera-free

  • Ad-free

  • Emotionally bounded by design

Beta testing helps us keep it that way.

What Happens Next

As beta progresses, we’ll continue refining Kuvo based on:

  • Parent feedback

  • Child interaction patterns

  • Guidance from child-development experts

Only once we’re confident in safety, clarity, and trust will Kuvo move to full public launch.
